Midland Credit Management Debt Collectors Are Notorious Junk Debt Buyers

Midland Credit Management (MCM) purchases portfolios of charged-off debt. In some cases, the debt may have already been charged off or passed the statute of limitations. However, this does not prevent MCM from trying to collect and taking aggressive measure to collect on such debts.

A case where NO EVIDENCE, after 9 months, has been forthcoming and still I am forced to go downtown and answer endless pleadings and interrogatories and being harassed forever. it’s not my debt, no proof but still the court allows this to go on. you won’t be interested in helping me because I have a case in court. IT’S WEIRD HOW THERE IS ALL THIS HELP OUT THERE AND THESE LAWS BUT ITS NOT HELPING ME AT ALL. I resent spending what precious little time I have on earth doing this but its all I’ve got and ITS NOT FAIR.
